Building
Construction
We take a hard-driving
approach to estimating, planning, scheduling and delivering the
complete facility. Fieldwork is where our experience and attention
to details show results. We strive to satisfy the requirements of
all our clients through precise planning, reporting and coordination.
Our objective is to produce timely and economical results on major
construction projects by matching modern technology and general
contracting service to the unique demands of each job. Working closely
with our client and the architect/engineer, we exercise strict quality
control from the initial estimate to the closeout of the project.
Pre-engineered
Metal Buildings
We are franchised
dealers and erectors for industrial quality pre-engineered metal
buildings. Total design flexibility is one of the advantages that
has enabled these buildings to capture more than half of the total
nonresidential construction market. The functional capabilities
of metal building systems are equally wide-ranging. Non-load-bearing
walls permit wide clear-span interiors that are unobstructed by
interior columns. Special loading of cranes and other heavy equipment
are a cinch to execute. And operating costs are at the lowest possible.
Design/Building
Construction
Each project
has specific and individual characteristics that require careful
definition of the clients needs. To define and satisfy these, we
offer our clients a wealth of experience in designing and building
their project through a Single Source Responsibility program.
This program allows our clients to work with one primary individual
from locating a satisfactory site through conceptual design and
"turn-key" project construction. Attention is given to every detail
of the project to assure that it will meet our client's needs, be
within budget and that any foreseeable problems or omissions in
design are eliminated before construction begins.
Construction
Management
Our services
as construction manager consist of a pre-construction and construction
phase. During the Pre-construction phase, we will work closely with
owner's architect/engineer by assisting in editing the preliminary
design through advise on site use and improvements, material selection,
building systems, equipment selection and construction methods.
During this phase we will help develop an acceptable project budget,
maintain budget parameters and develop a realistic construction
schedule. During the construction phase, in cooperation with the
architect/engineer, we will handle construction administration consisting
of: bidding procedures, awarding subcontracts, material and equipment
purchasing, project documentation, planning and scheduling, coordination
and supervision, payment administration and all project closeout
functions.
Remodeling
and Alterations
Whether the
need involves space planning, energy retrofitting, contract maintenance
work, structural alterations or remodeling work our experience staff
maintains a strong service orientation toward our clients. We recognize
that each project requires careful determination of the scope of
work to be performed. This is thoroughly thought out and defined
before any work is started. We then establish strict priorities
and controls to assure that our clients receive high quality service
work, on time completion and minimal interruption of operations.
