LEED Silver Certified

This state-of-the-art medical facility is a LEED Silver project and incorporates many green building elements.  The heating and air system is provided by geothermal wells, while a rain water harvesting system supplies water for toilet flushing.  An above ground silo storage tank holds rain water and can be seen on the exterior of the building.  In addition, the landscaping was designed to use zero irrigation and natural daylighting of most interior spaces reduces energy consumption.
