ABOUT BESHEARS CONSTRUCTION, INC.
Beshears Construction, Inc. is a general contractor specializing in industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. Belief in the highest quality workmanship and dedication to impeccable client service have long been our commitment. This commitment is fulfilled through skilled workmen and professionals who understand the principles and practices needed to solve problems.

ORGANIZATION:
Beshears Construction, Inc. was founded and licensed by the state of Arkansas as a general construction company in May of 1984 by Eddy and Kathy Beshears and Steve Ware. Under the guidance of experienced business administrative, project management, and field construction management team members, Beshears Construction, Inc. has been and continues to be a progressive and growing general contractor with a reputation for quality, efficiency, and timely completion of construction projects.

FOCUSED ON ONE GOAL:
At Beshears Construction, Inc., we have one common goal: "To complete each project on time and within budget without sacrificing quality." To accomplish this goal we offer our knowledge and skills through a full-time professional staff and long-term associates who are dedicated to work closely with our clients.

MANAGEMENT STAFF:

  • Eddy Beshears: President, co-founder and stockholder of Beshears Construction, Inc., Eddy has over thirty years experience in construction methods, technology, and administration. He attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR, Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR, and is a graduate of Greenwood High School in Greenwood, AR.
  • Steve Ware: Vice-President, co-founder and stockholder of Beshears Construction, Inc., Steve has over twenty-five years experience in construction methods, technology, and field administration. He attended Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR, and is a graduate of Greenwood High School in Greenwood, AR.
  • Kathy Beshears: Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, co-founder and stockholder of Beshears Construction, Inc., Kathy has over thirty years experience in office management, bookkeeping, and purchasing which she uses on a daily basis to fulfill her company responsibilities. She attended Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR, and is a graduate of Greenwood High School in Greenwood, AR.
  • Travis Beshears: Executive Vice President, Travis has worked in his current position as an Estimator/ Project Manager since 1996, and has more than six years of part time field and office experience in various construction related positions. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management and Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, attended Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR, and graduated from Greenwood, High School in Greenwood, AR.
  • Josh Beshears:  Estimator/Project Manager, Josh has worked in his current position since 2002.  He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR, and graduated from Greenwood High School in Greenwood, AR. 
  • Zachary Carter:  Estimator/Project Manager, Zach has worked in his current position since 2005.  He received his Associates Degree from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith and graduated from Greenwood High School in Greenwood, AR.
  • Kim White: Office coordinator, Kim has worked in her current position since 1997, her job requirements include secretarial, job coordination, submittal review and preparation of close out documents.  She attended Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR, and graduated from Southside High School in Fort Smith, AR.
  • Miranda Robinson:  Receptionist/payroll clerk, Miranda has worked in her current position since 2004.  She is a graduate from Russellville High School in Russellville, AR.
