Beshears Construction, Inc. was founded and licensed by the state of Arkansas as a general construction company in May of 1984 by Eddy and Kathy Beshears and Steve Ware. Under the guidance of experienced business administrative, project management, and field construction management team members, Beshears Construction, Inc. has been and continues to be a progressive and growing general contractor with a reputation for quality, efficiency, and timely completion of construction projects.

Eddy Beshears
President & Co-Founder
Eddy has more than thirty-six years experience in construction methods, technology, and administration. In addition to overseeing the business portion of the company, Eddy also performs both estimating and project management operations. He attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR, Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR, and is a graduate of Greenwood High School in Greenwood, AR.
Travis Beshears
Executive Vice President & LEED AP
With more than fourteen years of construction management experience, Travis is responsible for managing the operations of Beshears Construction as well as project management, estimating, and LEED coordination. Travis received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management and Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK and graduated from Greenwood High School in Greenwood, AR.
Josh Beshears
Vice-President
For nearly 10 years, Josh has been responsible for leading our drywall, metal stud and acoustical division. He also serves as an estimator and project manager. Josh received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, AR, and graduated from Greenwood High School in Greenwood, AR.
Steve Ware
Vice-President & Co-Founder
Steve’s day to day responsibilities as Head of Field Operations include overseeing and working with all project superintendents to aid in problem solving and coordination, in addition to scheduling our labor force as needed from project to project. Steve has more than twenty-nine years experience in construction methods, technology, and field administration. He attended Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR and is a graduate of Greenwood High School in Greenwood, AR.
Kathy Beshears
Corporate Secretary/Treasurer & Co-Founder
Kathy has more than twenty-eight years experience in office management, bookkeeping, and purchasing which she uses on a daily basis to fulfill her company responsibilities. She attended Westark Community College in Fort Smith, AR and is a graduate of Greenwood High School in Greenwood, AR.
Josh Real
Project Manager & Safety Coordinator
Since 2009, Josh Real has been effectively managing major construction projects for Beshears. He received a Master of Science Degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas, Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management and Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK and graduated from Sallisaw High School in Sallisaw, OK.
Kelly Wilson
Project Manager & Business Development
AIA, MBA, LEED AP
Kelly joined Beshears Construction in 2011 after working for six years as an architect in Boston, MA. She recently graduated from Babson College in Wellesley, MA with an MBA in 2011. Kelly is also a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Architecture and Southside High School in Fort Smith, AR.
Mike Smith
Shop/Equipment Manager
Mike has worked in his current position at Beshears for seven years and is responsible for tracking, maintaining, and servicing the company’s equipment. He is responsible for the coordination of material and equipment deliveries to and from the corporate office and construction projects. Mike is a graduate from Southside High School in Fort Smith, AR.
Kim White
Office Coordinator
Kim has more than fourteen years of experience at Beshears. Her broad range of responsibilities includes project documentation, accounting, and human resources coordination. Kim attended Westark Community College and graduated from Southside High School in Fort Smith, AR.
Miranda Robinson
Administrative Assistant
Miranda has been an integral member of the Beshears team since 2004. She is responsible for general office administration, including reception and document transmission. She attended Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR, and University of Arkansas Fort Smith in Fort Smith, AR. She is a graduate from Russellville High School in Russellville, AR.
